Our last full day together in Korea. The highlight was a trip up to the top of the Seoul Tower, which is 777 feet in height and 1,574 ft above sea level. There is an observation deck at the top where you get GOREGEOUS views of the entire city and beyond. The cool part is that on teh windows around the deck, its tells you what cities are in that direction you are looking and how far away they are. We got a picture together in front of the Washington/New York sign. Its very far way. For our final dinner, we ate a Korean restaurant in Itaweon, the main cultural/shopping district. Mike had something with lots of sizzling beef and some leaves and rice; Katie got a yummy warmed pot with korean veggies and rices and a delicious sauce. We were very happy and full at the end.
